SALES MANAGER-VOICE &. DATA SOLUTIONS
Function
-
To lead a sales team that will proactively increase turnover of the company
by securing profitable new business and nurture relationships with existing
customers.
Responsibilities
-
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures
attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
-
Ensures that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards
for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
-
Develop and maintain professional relationships with potential clients with
a view to securing business from them
-
Perform limited public relations function by liaising with existing clients
-
Negotiate with clients concerning proposals submitted
-
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
submitted by Account Executives.
-
Create and conduct proposals/presentations and RFP responses.
-
Ensure acceptable profit margins at time of sale.
Requirements
-
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
-
Experience with enterprise voice & data solutions and large, complex
organizations
-
Must. be confident and able communicate clearly and effectively on a
business-to business level.

Must have a proven track record in selling voice and data systems
-
Must have clean and valid drivers license
