Mellben Management are drawn from the Southern African region and are people who, during the last two and half decades, have held executive positions in the private sector institutions. They have been intimately involved in the development process of Botswana well as the region as a whole from the vantage point of the respective positions they held. They have also been variously involved either as team leaders or participants in a variety of projects and management.  Mellben forms a unique consultancy firm in Botswana and the region today.
